Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the NeuroSphere Academy website (www.neurosphereacademy.com) or enrolling in our summer program.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms govern your use of the NeuroSphere Academy website and enrollment in our summer program. By using our website or enrolling in our program, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our program.
1.2 We may change these Terms from time to time. Please check this page regularly to ensure you understand the current version.
2. Website Use
2.1 You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
2.2 You must not: a) Use our website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. b) Use our website to transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs. c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, the server on which our website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.
3. Program Details
3.1 The NeuroSphere Academy Summer Program runs from July 27 to August 18, 2024, with sessions on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
3.2 The program takes place at the Aspen-Neuro facility, 715 W Main St STE 204, Aspen, CO 81611.
3.3 The program is designed for children ages 8-13, divided into two age groups: 8-10 and 11-13.
4. Enrollment and Payment Terms
4.1 Enrollment is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
4.2 The full program cost is $2,400, which includes 24 hours of instruction over 4 weekends.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 NeuroSphere Academy maintains a strict no-cancellation, no-transfer, and no-refund policy.
5.2 There are no refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes, regardless of the reason for absence.
5.3 In the event that NeuroSphere Academy cancels the program, a full refund will be issued.
6. Behavioral Expectations and Discipline Practices
6.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other children.
6.2 NeuroSphere Academy reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program for behavior that interferes with other participants' learning or safety.
6.3 There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying.
7. Health and Safety Policies
7.1 Parents/guardians must abide by our wellness policy, including keeping children home when ill.
7.2 NeuroSphere Academy reserves the right to send a child home if they become ill during program hours.
7.3 Parents/guardians must provide accurate, up-to-date emergency contact information.
8. Liability Waiver and Disclaimer
8.1 Participation in the NeuroSphere Academy program is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or loss that may occur during the program.
8.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for maintaining their own medical and liability insurance for their child.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NeuroSphere Academy and is protected by copyright laws.
9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
11. Modifications to the Terms
11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
11.2 Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Additional Provisions
13.1 Attendance Requirements: Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled participants.
13.2 Parent/Guardian Responsibilities: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up of their children.
13.3 Photo/Media Release: By enrolling in the program, you grant NeuroSphere Academy permission to use photographs or videos of your child for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.
13.4 Confidentiality: NeuroSphere Academy respects the privacy of all participants and families. We will not share personal information except as required by law or in emergency situations.
